The Ikeja Electric Plc (IE) has launched an updated version of its mobile application designed to allow customers make enquiries, check and pay bills, report/resolve complaints, and promptly contact customer care representatives.
The unveiling was done Tuesday at its Ikeja corporate headquarters in Lagos .
According to Mrs. Folake Soetan, IE’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, the mobile app is a multi-functional facility that offers customers under its network facility to conduct a live chat with the company’s online team. It also has account management functions.
She said, “The Mobile App is currently available for download on the Google Play store for Android users and IOS App Store for iPhone users.
