Sahara Group Foundation unveils new identity, reinforces commitment to sustainable society

Sahara Foundation, the corporate social responsibility vehicle of energy conglomerate Sahara Group, has unveiled a new identity, a reinforcement of the group’s commitment to building sustainable societies and environment, including access to clean energy.
EnergyDay gathered that the foundation’s new identity, unveiled on Wednesday in Lagos, was part of the company’s renewed commitment to impacting lives and livelihood.
According to the Sahara Foundation, the new logo represents the commitment to building sustainable societies and reasonably bringing energy to life.
Ejiro Gray, Director at Sahara Group Foundation, in her remark said that the logo refresh is to reinforce our impact through the projects and ensure that they are sustainable.
Bethel Obioma, Head of Corporate Communications at Sahara Group Foundation, said, “Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of our host communities which will in turn build up a sustainable Africa, and we believe it’s time for a fresh new look.
Sahara Foundation has implemented various projects across its locations in Africa, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, impacting the lives of over 2,000,000 beneficiaries, with youth accounting for over 50% of the beneficiaries.
